Trakt not adding new tv episodes but watched state works fine

Unfortunately, it's not working. While the episodes were added to trakt after adding more episodes and checking again, everything was removed.

I've added a new log in case it's helpful.

What was removed exactly? Did you try browsing your library on the trakt website?

Collected episodes were removed, there are two examples:

1. For this show, episodes 1 to 8 are present in emby and were also added to trakt, now only episode 8 is shown in trakt collection.
   
    
2. On this occasion, episodes 1 to 3 are present in emby and were also added in trakt and now none of them is shown in trakt
   

So in both cases, episodes were added to trakt as soon as they were added to emby but later were removed from trakt with no change in emby.

How do you know that Emby removed them from Trakt?

I don't know that emby removed them, it's most probably the trakt plugin in emby because there's nothing else connected to trakt.

I am having same issue. New shows are getting picked up in emny but not all shows new seasons are added to trakt. 

 

No errors, sync goes fine. 

For example Futurama gets added to collection, 

 

The serpent queen and evil (2019) aren't

Same Boat. Most tvshows get added perfectly, scrobbling works also but certain Tv shows dont get the latest season updated:

example:

SEAL TEAM - latest season

EVIL (2019) - Latest Season

Serpent Queen - Latest Season

Plenty more but these popped up. No real errors in log files. Just doesnt get picked up by trakt

Forgot to add my serverlog.

I know some of the anime isnt properly detected but that is not the this. Example is SEAL TEAM for example;

it is properly detected by emby but not send to Trakt collection. There are more shows but thats a running one.
