My Account - lja

I was offline for a while and was attempting to update. However I inadvertently changed my account  from "lja" to HTConnect and I can no longer access the old account "lja". Is it possible to get "lja" back?

I no longer see the access for " lga" . "HTConnect' is visible in its place

I see the "lja" account access the connect from 4 hours ago, so what you mean about can not access? Please explain the issue in more details, thanks.

Thanks. As is shown my access is via the new account named "HTConnect". I do not see "lja". Your response was via HTConnect. which shows me as Rookie. Am I missing something. Thanks for any help.

Do this:

logout from this account "HTConnect", then login with "lja" (btw, you should use email address for the login name), if you can not remember the password, just use "forgot password" and put the email address for the account "lja".

Now that I have found my old account "lja", Is it possible to delete the "HTConnect" account without affecting "lja"? @Abobader
