Anyone have issues setting up Port Forwarding on Calix routers??

Hi,

We've switched ISP's and now have a Calix router and I just can't get the port to be seen on WAN.

 

I have forwarded port 8096 as you can see. I have added a rule to the Windows Firewall, but the port remains closed

 

Anyone have any experience with Calix routers?

Thanks - turns out my ISP put us behind a CGNAT, so I'll call them tomorrow to ask for a static IPv4 instead!

Just to update - the CGNAT was the issue. To anyone in the UK who is with Lit Fibre, you can call and ask to be switched to a static IPv4 for £5 a month and you will be able to port forward after this.
