I've been onto the chat with Amazon, I've deleted & reloaded the emby app on the firestick again, I'm still getting the "processing error". Sometimes it is after payment has been approved by amazon & sometimes earlier in the process when I click on your "verify & pay" button. 

Amazon say the issue is with your app & I am inclined to believe them.

From the app standpoint we just see this:

05-19 17:26:34.706 10764 10764 I System.out: Purchase cancelled.

So something is going wrong inside the Amazon workflow.

So you think Amazon is cancelling the purchase for some reason. How should I phrase my message when I contact them again, please?

Did you tell them about that exact message and where it is happening?  That message is not ours so it has to be coming from them.

Finally it is solved!

I needed to set up the "1 - Click" option on my amazon payment page.

I have done that & the payment has gone through!
