The playback don't event start on the TVbut is slowly playgin in the server Dashboard (i put the log attached).  When i play this movie on my phone it's working well without transcoding.

With this MKV it is working well :

Are the TVs on the same network as the server, or is it a remote connection?

Yes all the device are on the same network and it's local not remote

Is it just this file that has a problem?  Do other files play OK?

It's odd that the framerate is 1000 frames per second which is not right.  I suspect there might be an issue with this file which makes it not able to be played on the TV.  Generally, TV devices can be less tolerant to issues in the files compared to other devices.

it's not only this file, all my Disney and Pixar are not working

the problem, is that i can't figure why it's not reading the file. To make it work , i have to downgrade the quality to 720p 1mbts and with transcoding it's ok

You can try to put the file on a USB device, connect it directly to the TV, then try and play using the TV's built in media player app. I suspect that it won't play (probably due to the way it has been encoded).

If the client/server knows that the format (mkv/h264/ac3) should be supported by the TV, then we pass the file directly to the TV to play it.  If for some reason the TV reports an error (this is happening in your case) then we try and stream the file in a compatible format, and if that reports an error then we try a full transcode.  In your case, when we try and stream it the TV is not reporting an error, but it is also not playing so we never get to step 3.  I'm suspicious that the issue is in the video stream, which is why reducing the quality and forcing it to transcode resolves it for you,

You can try and download MkvToolnix, open the media file, select all the streams and write them to a new file.  This won't change any of the streams, it will just rewrite the container structure.  This fixes some issue, but as I suspect your issue is in the video stream then it probably won't resolve it.  in that case, you will need to reencode the file using something like Handbrake.  This won't be a quick process, and I would suggest that you may need to try and find another source and test the files as reencoding all your files might not be practical.

No, only by dropping the quality

We can always come up with another way to force it if need be.
