What are you trying to do exactly?

Emby has two options database only and nfo with media.

if you do not have nfo saver enabled everything only exists in database and changing that option requires a Refresh of some sort to trigger all the database info to be written to nfo files.

Best options is enable nfo saver and Refresh Search for Missing.

Note images are another story.

What I mean is that when I imported the metadata, I used the .nfo format. After that I changed the metadata within the client via the client in emby, but the local metadata files were not updated with the changes within the client. Now I want to save these metadata that I changed in .nfo format to my computer, how can I do that? The two images below show the local nfo metadata now and the metadata after my changes in the client._20240511205526.png.fc505bdfc6a5fde50fbf9d96254e0e87.png_20240511205531.png.118561f609917c7c0087bed51d2e75b0.png

You have to enable nfo saver per library in library setup.  If updating metadata in UI still does not update your nfo files the it sounds like you may have a permissions issue but would need to see a server log for a specific example.
