Bugs regarding account permissions

Hello, I found a bug where if account A is first created and then I create a media library B, and then set up not to grant account A access to media library B.
But in fact, searching there can also retrieve the content of Media Library B, or directly prompt for the content of Media Library B when searching there.

Similar, but different. I do not assign media library B permissions to user A by default, but user A can still access it, just because the time sequence is different.
