Unable to Lock People Field

I'm trying to lock the People field in my TV episodes. It doesn't seem to work. I'm able to click the lock button, but when I save and return, the lock button is unclicked. Furthermore, if I Refresh Metadata, it alters the People in this episode. Finally, I tried adding an actor to these People, and Emby indeed let me do this. How can I lock this field?

What server version?

Do you write nfo files with media or database only?

Please provider server log for the specific example.

But yes testing this in 4.8.6.0 it does not appear to maintain the lock people via UI or be written to nfo file either.

My server version is 4.8.6.0. I don't understand your second question, although I do know what NFO files are. I've attached a server log. I tried lock People field metadata at 6:27am, and again at 6:30am.
