Emby premiere is missing and need to reenter after sometime

I deploy my emby server in a docker container. After I input the Emby premiere in the server settings, it works fine for a while. But after some time or when I reboot the server, the premiere subscription is gone. And when I visit the premiere setting page, I can see the key is there but the page is always kept loading.

 

The only workaround is I need to clear the key, click save then input the key and save again. It is pretty annoying that I need to reenter the key again and again.

 

My emby version 4.8.5, I also tried to upgrade to 4.9.16 but it didn't help.

 

Anyone know how to fix this, thanks.

Hi.  It has to be something in the configuration of the Docker or network that is interfering with validation.

Can we see a server log from when it fails?

DId you make your config folder persistent, meaning saved outside you docker container.

If not it will be deleted on restart of docker.
