Hi!

I cannot register my server with my emby premiere key. I keep getting this screen, loading indefinitely.

Here's the curl of the call getting a "401 Unauthorized"

curl "https://mb3admin.com/admin/service/registration/getStatus" ^
  -H "Accept: */*" ^
  -H "Accept-Language: fr-FR,fr;q=0.9,en-US;q=0.8,en;q=0.7" ^
  -H "Connection: keep-alive" ^

  -H "Referer: http://192.168.1.22:8096/" ^
  -H "Sec-Fetch-Dest: empty" ^
  -H "Sec-Fetch-Mode: cors" ^
  -H "Sec-Fetch-Site: cross-site" ^
  -H "User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/124.0.0.0 Safari/537.36" ^

Im getting this error.

image.png.3654261257f9071df163dda71c310679.png

from 2 different computers and my phone with LTE.

I tried to install 2 servers and i get same error, sometimes work and i get my licence status, but usually i get this error. Why? Im trying to use Proxmox, no firewalls, no strange configurations, privileged LXC, ports opened...

if I delete the key and add it again, it seems to register correctly. However if I reload the page it seems that it is impossible to get the status of the key and I get error 401 unauthorized access. But sometimes it does work. Most of the time I don't get the status and I get that error.

I tried with Edge and totally clean firefox.

Yes I was looking at this, but I don't have any of that, I even tried to see the license status using a second computer, other browsers and even my phone with LTE.
But it keeps hanging around.
Also if I delete the license and add it again, at that time it DOES seem to work and register the license correctly, it is then when it does not allow me to see the status so I fear that the license is not being updated in terms of device limit.

seems to have fixed the problem when I deleted the device.txt file from both servers.

The problem seems to have been fixed when I deleted the device.txt file from both servers as recommended in another post to solve another type of problem.
So if you clone one server to create another, you should delete the device.txt file, then it will ask you to add the license again and now everything seems to work without problem. I will check again if it still allows to query the status in a while.
