drons 0 Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 This is strange, but on my QNAP TS-453a the latest working version is number 4.8.0.39. All subsequent updates do not work. When called, a window with the logo opens and nothing else happens.

drons 0 Posted May 3, 2024 Author Posted May 3, 2024 I installed version 4.8.5.0, then 4.9.0.16. And of course I cleared the browser cache. But I didn’t see anything other than the logo. Then I installed the old version 4.8.0.39 and it works again even without clearing the cache. This is how I got the log file. embyserver.txt
drons 0 Posted May 3, 2024 Author Posted May 3, 2024 I think no. I only see old logs. But I looked at the logs from the web interface of the old version 4.8.0.39. I did not open the folder on the disk.
drons 0 Posted May 4, 2024 Author Posted May 4, 2024 I updated the server again to 4.8.5.0_x86_64.qpkg and then went to /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/programdata and downloaded the log file from there. I didn't find any entries about version 4.8.5.0. Maybe I need to uninstall the previous version of the server first? embyserver.txt
