服务器的地址和端口怎么获取

你好管理员，我一直不知道连接到服务器的地址和端口是怎么获取，safari浏览器也打不开localhost:8096这个网址

你好，我想要连接我自己的Emby服务器，可是不知道从哪里找，在用vidhub连接的时候显示的服务器地址，端口号，名称，用户名密码等等这些是如何获取。谢谢
