Metadata Manager's Missing Episodes View: Collapse by Series

Hello,
As shown in the attached picture, when there are lots of missing episodes, the Missing Episodes Table view in the Metadata Manager can become quite tedious to use. I think this issue can be solved by adding an option to "Group by series" (In the attached image, I've mocked up one potential place to put the option.)
