Black screen after fast-forward beyond buffer ,sound still work

I started to have the same problem. On the android mobile app I get a black screen while audio continues, on the web and the windows desktop app not even audio is playing.

@HoptionalHi, what example are we looking at in this log file here?

Oh sorry, it's a bit of a mess. It should be the Chuck episodes. I realized that I could get rid of the problem by changing my hardware transcoding settings to "Yes" instead of advanced, where I manually picked the decoders and encoders due to an older issue. Everything seems to be working fine now.

I don't know what I had selected exactly but it had been working fine since the official release of 4.8 until recently.
