Rumbaar 13 Posted April 30, 2024 Posted April 30, 2024 I have a "Music Video" library, where I download YouTube music video and upload to the library folder. Prior to the last major server version upgrade, if I placed a video file in the folder Emby would generated a [filename].nfo and [filename]-poster.jpg (of a preview thumbnail). Now it only produces a .nfo file and no thumbnail for 'Primary' image. Is there a new setting, that I need to turn on? As I use MCM for my other means to produce 'thumbnails' for my other media when it's processing, I'm not sure if something has turned off in EMBY post major server version update. Running 4.8.5.0 on Windows machine.
Solution Luke 42080 Posted April 30, 2024 Solution Posted April 30, 2024 Hi there, what image fetchers are enabled on the library? 1

Looking now, I finally see "Music Video Image Fetchers" section. I didn't realise there was a 'Music video' library type now. I'm sure when I created it, years ago, it was just a generic 'video' type library. But I can now see I need to enable "Image Capture" to pull a frame from the video (none were selected). Not sure if that's new or why it was turned off. Thanks! 1
