Metadata Providers for TV Series

Not sure if this is in the correct sub-forum, but have noticed under the settings for libraries there is only TheMovieDB listed for Season Metadata Downloaders, is this intentional? For TV Series I use TheTVDB and this option is available in the other sections, so why is it missing from this section

Hi, yes that is intentional. Movie db has season descriptions.

Maybe that’s a new thing then. In the past they never had them.

Looks like a pain quering /series/{id}/extended to get seasonids then quering /seasons/{id}/translations/{language} to get overview.  So lots of additional queries to get this additional info as it is not available via /series/{id}/episodes/{season-type}/{lang}

Not sure how Season Images are gotten but that means the seasonid is actually known though.
