Too many errors when trying to play show or movie

When I try to play a show it gets stuck buffering then sends a message saying too many errors. 
 

also some of the shows I was watching I can no longer find in my library anywhere

I sent the log from my android fire tv device. At 5:00 pm central so that would be 6:00 pm eastern or 1:00 UTC-5
 

I was trying to play the show “The Gentlemen” got a buffering screen then a too many error giving up message. Also some of the shows I was watching are no longer in my queue or library  “King of the hill” was the show I was watching and can no longer find it on the app for android fire tv

Hi.  Do you have the server log from that same playback?  A 500 error was thrown on the server.

This may be related to the massive number of subtitle tracks in that item.  Can you try remuxing it with just a few and see if that makes a difference?
