Block Playlists for individual user?

Can anyone help me find the area (if it exists) where I would block access to playlists for an individual user, rather than an App -wide setting? I've implemented tagging and ratings for a young child, but when looking at their profile homepage, they can see the playlists. While the cntent within the playlist may be empty, it would be better not to have it show at all. Thank you.

Here is an example.

Go to playlists.

Select you playlist, click 3 dots.

Set playlist to " Private "

Set permissions for your users.

Setting permissions to "none" and sed user should not see the playlist.
