Max Simultaneous Video Streams - No Error Message on Web and Android

When setting "Max Simultaneous Video Streams" to 1 and trying to start a second stream when one is already playing, no error message is shown, start playback silently fails.

Emby server version - 4.8.4.0

Messages are not showing on:

- Chrome

- Android 3.3.77

However, they are displayed on Android TV APP. Not sure about other apps.
