how to find video stream resolution

For any video being played on my Shield TV, how can I find the resolution of the video?  When I look in the TV info, it always says 2160p.  Emby has special stats function that might say the video is 720p and the TV in "Display Mode 2160".  But how can I find the resolution in any other app, like Tubi?
