When using server-side decoding, subtitles cannot be loaded properly.

The server is docker emby version 4.84. Playing the same video on the phone works fine (phone decoding), but subtitles cannot be loaded when playing on the computer browser (server-side decoding). Here is the log:

Yes, the video can still play, just subtitles are not displayed.

Yes, feels like it's an issue with compatibility with AMD GPU.

This is the log with hardware transcode disabled, and the subtitles can be displayed normally.
