Is there a way of changing the displayed clock on all the apps to use the 12hr clock instead? I have it on all android apps (Nvidia shield, galaxy tabs and also iPads) and I can't find the option to change it.

Hi Luke,

UK normally has dd-mm-yy running a 12hr clock. I can change it to the 12hr clock if I use the US style, but then I'd have to deal with the wierd date format they use. And thats more confusing! Is there a way of adding a custom locale? The server is running on a debian lxc (through proxmox). But I have had it running on the QNAP software and same issue occurs.

So what do your dates and times currently look like now?

Make sure the device you are running the Android app on is displaying the date/time the way you want.

I am also in the UK, but I prefer the 24-hour clock, so would not like the 12-hour clock forced upon us.

In any case, the app should be taking the format from the device itself.

Already done (running nvidia shield). Tried both app types.

Agreed - should be option to choose 12hr or 24hr. Very simple really.
