Dolby Vision Problem

I think this is fault at my tv (Sony Bravia Xf9005) but some Dolby vision files play great but some playing black and white only for no reason. I try few external players and some work with colors but i guess it transcode or something because no dolby vision logo show up. Anyone with similar troubles ?

Just hit play on movie and play wuth sound and subtitle but image is in black and white.

Are they all the same profile as that appears to be the issue across the board on DV and its supported profiles.

Dv profile 8 play ok 

Dv profile 7.6 like in screen show only black and white.

Also i presume its my tv fault to not recognize this profile.

Don't know anything about it but other topics suggest TVs will only support certain profiles.  But some one that knows more device specifics will have to comment.

DV profile 7.6 is a dual layer profile that typically can only be played on UHD players.

dvhe.07.06 This string represents a dual-layer Blu-ray HDR10 compatible Dolby Vision stream encoded as 10-bit HEVC video with a level up to 3840×2160 at 24 fps.

If you want to play these files you need to use the scene tools available

I randomly try some movies and it flicker to black and white and then they play in COLOR , so itry that movie what play in black and white only and it play in COLOR too for some reason. 

Was there some update ?

It might be trying to fall back to the HDR 10 layer, with limited success. You're still better off to use quietvoid's tools to fix these so they are compatible with your hardware.
