4.8.4 - Where is "Add option to group notifications"?

I see this in the release notes, but I can't find the option anywhere. Is it automatically enabled? I'm hoping that this means I won't get 100 emails when someone plays a music playlist.

Oh, it's only for library notifications. That's a bummer. I was hoping it would apply to notifications for song plays too. I guess I'll have to add a Feature Request for that.

As an FYI I've been testing this today and it looks like with the option disabled when I added media (10 episodes) instead of getting a notification as each item was being added it sent all 10 at the same time for each individual episode when it was done, and with it enabled (added 24 episodes) I received one notification which said 24 items were added to the series
