Currently no.  All on can do is copy the UI or go to the api and run the query from there.  Link at the bottom of dashboard but requires localhost or https to connect.

workaround found in first section here.

http://localhost:8096/emby/Shows/Missing?api_key=yourapikey

Looks like I have some missing 

"TotalRecordCount": 4605
