Stutter With Dolby Vison Play Back

Running Kodi Omega when playing Dolby Vision Files sometimes the sound cuts out and movie starts to stutter this only happens with Dolby Vision. 

HDR files play fine.

Sounds like a Kodi issue, the plugin is not the player.

It just provides Kodi with an URL (addonmode) or filepath (native mode).

Playback is Kodi's duty.
