Auto organize series rename fails

My series rename pattern is:

%sn - S%0sE%0e - %en.%ext

I want it to be

Series Name - S04E22 - Episode Name

What I get is

Series Name - 4x22 - Episode Name

Yes I save my settings

What am I missing?

Appears to work here, forgot to add a zero when I change scheme.

I know I have 1.6.2.  How do I get the latest?  Thanks for testing that.  It is exactly what I expect but it simply doesn't work. See screenshot.

From the Auto Organize plugin page (through the catalog) there's a drop down of the release you want to install.

You are likely on server vesion 4.7+ or below. You need 4.8+ for plugin version >1.6.2 (latest is 1.7.3).

Yep I updated the server an now have 1.7.3 but still  does the same thing:

Dev may need to see server log as that is all I changed.

Ok, I tried a few other series and it is working properly.  I am going to mark this up as a fluke and see how it runs.  Thanks for all the help and input!
