Open Subtitles Error - Not Acceptable

Ive been having issue with opensubtitles for months.

Now at least im getting the same errors as everyone else.

Still don't understand the conditions as it works here.

Along with all the testing for every sub shows in my download history on Opensubtitles.com

Also having this problem.

Initially couldn't download subs, now no results appear on search. A real pain as my girlfriend is deaf - please solve this issue asap.

Also to note, I'm a VIP on open subtitles and have configured it correctly. Made no changes since it was working perfectly.

Would need to see server log but will guess since you are VIP you need to be over here.  Looks like a temporary work around may be to remove credentials.

Pretty sure user conditions will have to be listed ie premiere/nonpremeire and OP VIP yes/no or at minimum a server log with every me too post.
