Open Subtitles Error - Not Acceptable

Hi there,

 

I've just recently noticed that I can no longer download subtitles from opensubtitles using the plugin. I've double checked the login details are all correct and I've not exceeded my download limit.

I'm currently running Emby 4.8.3.0 as a docker container on unraid. Open Subtitles plugin is version 1.0.54.0.

Below is  exert on the error in the logs that I'm seeing. I don't suppose anybody else has come across. I've attached the full embyserver.txt log too.

I appreciate you looking at this thread. I did see the top one you linked before posting it. I wasn't convinced the download threshold was the cause as the site said I hadn't downloaded a single subtitle today and I created a brand new account only to find the same error.

 

Seems like multiple people are being affected by this having read some of the latest updates on that thread. I'll keep an eye on it across the coming days and see if there is any movement.

Looks like it's sorted now. I didn't do anything so I'm assuming this was sorted on the opensubtitles end.

Issue remains 4.9.0.26 beta

Please note that open subtitles has no Greek subtitles but search engine return results in Greek language.

Search for subtitles works and gets results but can't download, get the "Not Acceptable" error.

Same here, issue began recently, probably noticed it for the first time yesterday.

I noticed the same problem since yesterday. NotAcceptable (406). Seems like the Accept header does not include the content type that the opensubtitles api returns (application/json) or is missing.
