Trakt TV settings

hello i am a little confused with the trakt plugin settings and i would like some help

1. I want anything i watch on emby to be synced to trakt

2. i dont want anything that i do on trakt to be synced on emby

3. and if i mark a show on emby as unwatched will i lose all my plays of the show on trakt?

which are the settings i should have to achieve the three above??
