No updates yet, devs are working with OS.  But personally have seen it work and stop working and work again in the last 18 hours.

That really seams like a upstream issue.

ie OS issue.

The OpenSubtitles plugin was just updated to 1.0.57.0. Does this fix the failed downloads problem?

Not for me

What issue are you having as not everyone is having the same exact issue.

Please post the server log.

I find trouble shooting these are can be almost impossible as removing credentials is working also currently

Yes. I am able to download from the Windows server app and use the subs on the Emby clients.

THANK YOU!

So your issue is not related to this topic.

It is this one about VIP Unauthorized.  And if you remove plugin credentials it works correct.  Eventhough that is not how it is suppose to work.

Thanks can confirm removing OS credentials works?

Hopefully they fix the issue where if you are a VIP member of OS it works

I removed my VIP username and PW info from Opensubtitles plugin and restarted  emby server, and now it works with out my VIP. search and download both are working.
but with my VIP info in there it is not. No search.

Yes so I can only guess you are getting Unauthorized and not NotAcceptable in your log so no longer this topic.

Yes i was NotAcceptable with my VIP.
now after updating to OpenSubtitles 1.0.57... it change it to No search with my VIP user info in it.
Removing user info, it will work i read on other topic. must restart emby.
should my VIP be working like it was?

No per the other topic the dev still need to do something different I guess and talk to OS on what the issue is as there are multiple variable here for non-premiere and premiere Emby users  and then OP VIP users that fall under Emby non-premiere and premiere also so I can see some major conflict getting this to work as intended.

But user server logs are going to be required.

If you are positive on the error but believe the other topic should be more relevant.
