Hello, i'm also getting an error "NotAcceptable"

I'm open to suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

Have a great day :)

Might this have anything to do with yesterday's update of the plug-in?

I am not seeing an issue at least manually downloading subs with new OpenSubtitles 1.0.56.

But if you truly think it is the update go the catalog and install previous version and restart, note plugin auto update will happen but just don't restart again Emby.  This will allow you verify a plugin change caused the issue or not.

Downgrading give the same error so I will guess issue is not Emby again.

I tried that downgrade too right away it did the same. Maybe it Open-subtitles trouble. hours later testing it again now it say.. No results found..

Same for me, getting a "NotAcceptable" error. Downgrading the plugin does not solve the issue.

Unable to login at https://www.opensubtitles.com/

Not having that issue as I just logged in looked at history.  But still get 406 error on downloads in Emby.

@Lukedon't know if this is new or not but does the plugin account for download delays?  Unless this is only a web site as you have to click download wait 10 seconds and click download again.  But at the same time everything I have seen on the 406 error is a quota limit reached even though that has not happened per the on screen image showing 2 of 20.  Or is there a disconnect with user login and their quotas?

Does your history on OS .com show downloads from the new API? The .org site showed history for my Emby activity but the new .com site doesn't.

Mine only shows manual downloads and I use the search and download from ATV app frequently.

Is it possible they are enforcing these limits now? Are vip users getting the error to? https://www.opensubtitles.com/en/support_us

OS VIP and Emby premiere. The limits on the OS site for my account are correct.

I'm an Emby Premiere client. Receiving the "Not acceptable" error when attempting to download subs.

I have created and can log into my OpenSubtitles.com account.

I have the same user and password setup on Emby for OpenSubtitles.com

When searching for subs for a movie I'm presented with choices from Opensubtitles.com

But selecting and downloading returns "Not acceptable" error

Running ver 1.0.56.0 of OpenSubtitles plugin

This problem seemed to occour after the OS change to .com from .org

Please advise
