Audio change IE downgrade or no passthrough like in ATV

In the ATV version I can force it to downgrade to stereo or uncheck DTS passthrough. 
If I have a DTS movie in the android version it does not play audio. in the ATV version I can uncheck the pass through box and then I get DD 5.1 audio.
