Convertion removed subtitles

Whenever I use conversion on a video, the subtitle is removed. 

Is there a setting to keep them?

Example this one. It had two subtitles, but after convertion it had none

It seems like if I first select a subtitle in the movie/episode and then convert, then that subtitle will be hardcodeded into the video. But if I don't choose one before the convertion start, it selects none
