Stuck at "Converting audio to compatible codec"

I have the same problem. How did you resolve it?

I was going to watch LOT in 4k and Atmos sound but instead of TrueHD 7.1 sound, Emby is converting sound to AC3.  In stats for nerds, I see "Converting audio to compatible codec" so I'm not getting 7.1 sound - just like previous people mentioned here. 

Setup:

Yamaha (Atmos)  
LG Oled - WebOS 
NAS server

HI, that's because LG does not support TrueHD passthrough.

Hi Luke,

Thank you for the speedy answer! Do you have any complaints from people who have the latest LG TVs?  I'm wondering if it's my 6+ years old OLED that doesn't support TrueHD or LG in general.

None of the LG's support TrueHD.
