Start next episode button doesn't appear

OK so in the list of apps on the emby download page:

 

Android app approx 32mb in file size, when a show approaches the end, the next episode button pops up for you to hit

 

In the android TV app approx 76mb in size, nothing happens, it just returns back to the shows homescreen. 

 

Same thing happens in the shield app. 

 

I have enabled the setting inside the apps settings. 

 

Any Idea why this doesn't work? 

 

If I select play next episode automatically, it pops up with the information and a countdown to the next episode starting. I don't want it to play the next episode until I tell it to play it.

Hi there, why not just continue to use the Emby standard android app on the Shield?

Because I prefer the appearance of the Android TV app. It's much nicer.
