transcode 4K DV/HDR10 on fire stick 4k

hi,

I have a problem with 4K on the fire stick 4k max, it turns out that it transcodes me because it appears in records, but on the panel it shows me that everything is in direct play.

Do you know what the reason is? In principle, the Fire Stick is 100% compatible with the file.

Hi. It is transcoding because the video is 98Mps but your setting in the app is 20.  You can try increasing the setting in the app to see if it will direct play.

In the server control panel and in statistics for nerds it appeared that it was playing in original, but I noticed that this was not true due to the high CPU consumption.

That is why I don't know if the panel showed something incorrect or what the cause was.
