Streaming Not Work

Hello

could you help me?
I installed Emby Server on an android mini pc
I connected to it an external hdd with films inside
I was able to connect Emby to the hdd and indeed sees the content correctly
The problem is that when I try with Emby Client to start the movies do not start the screen remains black and I see no activity on the hdd (the LED does not flash) 
this happens both on android client and on smart tv 
do you have any suggestions?

Another thing...I can't find the option to add files remotely in the library item I can't find the option to remotely add data

With the streaming i have solved , with the upload file in the library problem no

Can i upload from the network , files in the library of emby?

I have create more library but i can t find the option to upload files
