Apologies. The counts should never get cut off.

1. Which screen are you on when you took this picture? Is it your main movie library on the grid?
2. What resolution is the TV set to: 720P, 1080P or 4K?
3. What do you have set for the image sizes on the grid?

1). on the movies or TV

2). 1080p for TV resolution

3). images size I am assuming you mean poster cover art?  1000 x 1500

and this is using the Roku Ultra and the Roku Stick

Is it the main movie grid where you have this issue? Mine for the main movie grid is shown above. You can access the settings inside the three dot menu. What do you have set for the image sizes on this screen?

I cannot replicate this quickly. I cannot cause the counter to become clipped. I do see a way to fix this though. I will add this to the tracker to get this fixed. Thank you very much for reporting the bug. If you find anything else, no matter how small the issue, please bring them up and do not be afraid to hit us with as many as you can find. We want to resolve all these problems but sometimes our libraries and settings do not expose these problems on our side. We need users like yourself who do not mind this. Thank you again for taking the time.

Reference: Issue #1592: [PosterGridView] Counter can get clipped off screen when using medium image size

Thank you the biggest issue for the roku has been the MOVIE alphapicker so slow or freezing. That is the big one for me.

Hi.  Does this TV have a "zoom" or "size" adjustment?  It looks like it is cropping part of the display area.

bingo.. I looked at the TV aspect ratio and it was set to 16:9; I changed it too AUTO and it corrected itself. Now I am able to see the counter.

  • Thanks 1
