Hello does anyone know how I can access the txt file to reset my password? I am not too savvy with ssh commands.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks .

I suggest you to enable SSH in the interface, and instead of using SSH commands, download and FTP client like Firezilla that supports FTP over SSH and then use this configuration, of course replace the IP for your IP, but leave the other things the same as in the picture:

Then you will only need to navigate through the ftp interface to the mentioned folder and download locally the txt file:
