Direct play of HEVC video no longer works

@LukeJust something of note....I have just had the same issue on my Xbox with Windows for Emby. Setting to Auto, transcodes to 1080p/4Mbs. Setting bandwidth to max settings and once again direct play is working.

I have also seen a simlar issue with people having HDR playback issues. Auto won't play some HDR files, settings to max they play in HDR again.
