EmbyRefreshLogos: Command line utility to update guide icons (logos)

Like the title says.  Source/Info/Binaries available here

Companion utility that forces a Emby Live TV refresh with source/into/binaries available here 

To use them both to auto update Emby Live TV, run EmbyRefresh first, then EmbyRefreshLogos.

Just want to say thank you for this very useful. Very helpful. I wish the team would add this as part of the EMBY whole package system configuration. Thanks to you. I can just make a script do this when I update my guide

New Release

If a logo cannot be found in the file you give it, it tries the other file type.
Also added a new build for linux-arm64. Copilot says it's the right one for a Raspberry Pi running Raspberry OS 64.
