Bug: Downloaded music can't be sorted or filtered

Hello,

When I download music to my smartphone, if I go to music, I have "Albums" and "songs", but no way to select an artist.

The filter option is useless: offering only played status or resolution... resolution... for music ? Really ?

The sorting option does STRICTLY nothing...

 

Also the download feature is sluggish; when you press download, nothing happens, and if you press download again, it will add it again, and again to the list of downloads.

Finally the management of download is very well hidden: it's not in the "downloaded" section, but on the home page, shown simply as a small gear beside "Downloads": not very logical...

Hi, I am also interested in this, is there any update to this sorting issue as its been over a year since the last response above, i'm currently trying to sort by release date or year and nothing happens when i select these options. thanks

Yes I am also keen on this. I feel like a simple filter by artist is not a difficult thing to implement seeing as it already exists in the metadata.
