Unable to download subtitles

Hi all, I haven't been able to download subtitles for a while now. It used to work, but I had disabled it upon using an external service for subtitle downloading. Now that I am unable to use this service, the subtitle downloader no longer seems to work. It is set up in plugins, library settings and my profile settings to be able to download. Any suggestions, or is there a way to reset these settings?

Lots of timeouts in your log. Do you have a firewall or AV setup that could be blocking external connections?

 Nah there is no firewall or anti virus set up on my NAS.

HI, typical causes of the timeouts are firewall, security software, or VPN. Can you look into those and let us know what you find? Thanks.
