Sonos newbie question

Actually a very basic question from a prospective user who is thinking about buying the Sonos Ray soundbar and wants to know how to use it with Emby. After connecting it to my wi-fi network, will it just appear as an option when pressing what I previously thought of as the 'Chromecast' button near the top right of the Emby app or web screen, so I can use it as a new audio speaker to play music from my Emby server when the TV is off?
