Sort title dose not work

I have set the correct sort title, but there is still Chinese in the sorting. I am sure that all media sort titles have been changed to English letters

The server version is 4.8.3

HI, you must still have some with chinese characters because that's where those letter picker values come from.

I'm sure there are no Chinese characters. If  click the chinese character  in the sorting on the right, it will only jump to the first row and does not correspond to any media.
I also checked the metadata manager and it was also cleaned.
