Emby not listing all the episodes

"The Great British Year" has four episodes and I have confirmed that there are four episodes in the folder, however Emby shows only three available. How do I add the last episode?

Please go over folder structure and naming scheme.  Also what exactly do you see in Emby?

I moved the folder containing the media out of Emby's reach, deleted the documentary listing in Emby and any files Emby created within the folder I moved. Moved it back to the "TV" folder  and all was well.
