Wrong playback of 16:9 movies with black bars on 21:9 display

Well, this is really disappointing. Emby Theatre is not ultrawide friendly.

Video that have cinematic aspect ratio that were encoded in 16:9 are letterboxed on 21:9 screen.
Tried aspect ratio settings but it does nothing.
We need a function similar to Touch Window From Outside in MPC-HC

It appears that this issue is present only in Windows Store version.
3.0.20 version works ok.
