Would it be possible for emby to scrape .py files as if they were multimedia files? ex: matri.py executing them would be...

I don't see the reason. I mean it would be for your own script, about yourself. In my case; open the .nzb in my download manager, unzip it and start playing. It's certainly not the fastest solution but since cloud storage became limited... I have my content on Usenet. But everyone could use it however they wanted. The possibilities would be endless, for example, launching an automation at home to help lower the lights, close the blinds, even turn on the microwave to make some popcorn.
