Ability to have client update icon on m3u update?

I have a source that updates the guide icon based on the teams playing, like this:

 

As you can see, the top icon is correct.  However the guide line icon is showing the teams that were on that stream the first time it appeared in the m3u file. Is there a way to force Emby to reload the guide line (bottom one) ?

Not a livetv user but wouldn't that require a guide refresh say every half hour or hourly instead of the daily refresh?

No, they are sport specific streams that carry one game per stream per day.
